• Day 91

    April 1, 2025 – Week 13

    Catalyst

“In the depth of winter I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer.” ~ Albert Camus

    Insight

Life inevitably brings winters—those cold, still times when challenges or hardships feel overwhelming. It is easy to believe you cannot move forward when everything feels frozen around you. Yet Albert Camus’s words remind us of the strength that lies deep within. There is always a reserve of warmth, resilience, and light that remains even in the hardest moments.

Renewal sometimes happens gradually. It is not always loud or visible, but it begins with the smallest actions: a single step forward, a glimmer of hope, a flicker of patience. Trust that within you is an enduring strength, ready to carry you forward, no matter how frozen life may seem.

    Reflection

Think of a time in your life when you overcame overwhelming odds. What inner strength helped you endure? How can you draw on that strength again today?
