March 9, 2025 – Week 10
Catalyst
The hardest lessons can be the most transformative, teaching us compassion in ways we don’t expect.
Insight
It’s often the people who have endured the most who show the greatest capacity for compassion. Hardship, failure, or discrimination aren’t things anyone should have to face, but they open our hearts in surprising ways. They teach us how to notice others’ struggles and cultivate empathy in place of bitterness.
Compassion doesn’t mean forgetting our own pain, it means learning from it and allowing it to shape how we see the world. The vulnerabilities you’ve felt can give you the strength to offer the kindness you once needed to someone else.
Reflection
Think of one hardship or challenge that shaped your perspective. How has it allowed you to see others differently or to show more compassion?
