Catalyst
“Happiness makes up in height for what it lacks in length.” ~ Robert Frost
Insight
Happiness may not always last forever, but that does not diminish its significance. Even fleeting moments of joy can leave a lasting impression. These moments often shine brighter in memory, carrying a weight that is disproportionate to their brief appearance. They are the tall peaks that stand out along the path of life.
Learning to appreciate these high points teaches you to live fully in the moment. Happiness does not always need to be planned or permanent. Let it surprise you. Its value lies in its intensity, in the way it lifts you when it arrives.
Reflection
What is a small but joyful memory that has stayed with you over time? How can reflecting on it bring you happiness today?
