To grow and improve is to accept that change will never feel perfect, it just needs to happen.
Insight
We often hold back because the idea of change feels overwhelming. But growth isn’t linear, and perfection isn’t required for renewal. Incremental progress—messy starts and awkward pivots—is what moves us toward a better version of ourselves. Renewal doesn’t mean wiping your slate clean; it means showing up, day after day, for the slow process of becoming something new.
If you’ve made the same mistake for the 100th time, that doesn’t mean renewal isn’t possible. It means learning to try for the 101st time with a little more knowledge and grace.
