When confronted with things we don't understand, our default is often judgment. Curiosity offers a better path. Instead of reacting based on assumptions, curiosity asks questions like, Why? What's their story? What can I learn from this?
By replacing judgment with curiosity, we create room for empathy and personal growth. It's not always easy, especially when emotions run high, but approaching situations and people with curiosity offers clarity. It shifts the focus from criticism and condemnation to understanding and connection.
