\"For every minute you are angry, you lose sixty seconds of happiness.\" \~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
Insight
Hanging onto anger can feel justified in the moment, but it often takes more from you than it gives. Each moment spent in frustration or blame pulls you further from joy and the present. This simple truth reminds you of the incredible value of time and of making the most of it.
This is not to say you should dismiss anger altogether. Allow yourself to feel it, understand it, and respond thoughtfully. But do not let it linger longer than it needs to. Choosing to let go of anger sooner rather than later frees up space for happiness to return and flourish in your life.
Reflection
What feelings of anger or frustration are taking time away from your happiness right now? How might you release them to allow joy back in?
