When we lead with judgment, we build barriers. Judgment often comes from fear that disguises itself as righteousness, but it distances us from others and ourselves. Compassion, on the other hand, has an almost magical ability to create connection. It\'s not about excusing harmful actions but understanding the pain, history, or confusion that may have caused them. This opens the door to resolution, accountability, and growth.
Compassion heals what judgment cannot. In extending it to others, we offer ourselves the same grace, discovering greater capacity for kindness and self-forgiveness.
Where in your life are you holding onto judgment? How might compassion shift your perspective or help you take a step toward healing?
