Change will happen whether you choose it or not. Life has a natural tendency to decay or stagnate unless you actively nurture growth and improvement. Renewal requires intention---it happens when you decide to reshape habits, refresh your goals, or even redefine your perspective.
By choosing to design your own changes, you take control of the direction your life will grow. Left unattended, life may slip into routines that do not serve you, but with deliberate effort, you can continue to move toward progress and fulfillment.
